Hello! I have always had a passion for baking and sharing cakes with my family and friends, and I would love to share them with you too! I am mostly self taught, although I was thrilled to attend the Peggy Porschen cake academy in London and love to learn new skills and techniques whenever I can.
Nadia Bakes is run from my purpose built kitchen in Rolleston. My kitchen is registered with the Selwyn District Council pursuant to section 59 of the Food Act 2014. I take great pride in my work and in my workspace and have a Food Control Plan in place to ensure both are kept to the highest standard.

A cake should always taste as good as it looks. To achieve this we use only the best quality ingredients available in all our cakes and fillings, and have been focusing on perfecting a few classic flavours.
Vanilla - Vanilla sponge with layers of silky Vanilla buttercream.
Chocolate - Moist chocolate cake layered with a light and fluffy chocolate buttercream.
Salted Caramel - Caramel cake infused with a caramel sugar syrup and layered with a salted caramel buttercream.
Cookies & Cream - Vanilla cake with lightly crushed Oreo pieces throughout, layered with cookies & cream buttercream.
Allergy Free - At this time I am unable to offer allergy free cakes and cookies.
Due to the time required to design and make a custom cake, availability is strictly limited. please get in touch early if you would like a custom cake or cookies made for your event.
As each cake is custom made and every design is different I do not have a price list. Please contact me for an obligation free quote. I am happy to discuss your ideas and present you with some options to suit your style and your budget.
