My philosophy is Flavour First. It is my goal to make sure that every cake tastes as good as it looks! To achieve this I use only the best quality ingredients available, and have been focusing on perfecting a few classic flavours;

Victoria SpongeVanilla sponge with layers of Vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

Chocolate - Moist chocolate cake layered with a light and fluffy chocolate buttercream.

Salted Caramel - Caramel cake infused with a caramel sugar syrup and layered with a salted caramel buttercream.

Cookies & Cream - Vanilla cake with lightly crushed Oreo pieces throughout, layered with cookies & cream buttercream.
